The program

The program is Accelerated Innovations Demo Line Texts. Accelerated Innovations sends the texts from (855) 297-2381, the same toll-free number you called. That line is a demo of an AI receptionist, set up for a sample physical therapy clinic.

What we send

We only text you about the demo appointment you booked on the call.

• A confirmation with the day and time.
• At most, a reminder before the appointment, or a note if it changes or is cancelled.
• Texts carry only your first name and the appointment day and time. No health details and no links.
• We don't send marketing texts on this program.

How often

Usually 1 text per booking. Never more than 3 texts per booking.

How you opt in

You opt in by voice, on the call. After you book, the receptionist asks:

“Want me to text you a confirmation?”

We text you only if you say yes. If you say no, or don't answer, we don't text you, and we don't ask again unless you ask for a text yourself. Your first text says how to stop and how to get help, and that message and data rates may apply. Replying HELP gets you a link to these terms.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP to (855) 297-2381 at any time. You'll get one text confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. To start again, reply START.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for these texts, but your carrier's rates apply.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We use your number only to send the texts you agreed to. We don't share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Changes

These terms are effective November 6, 2026. If we change them, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
