Request a discovery call

Privacy policy

We collect what we need to reply to you and run the systems you hire us for. We don't sell it.

What we collect on this site

When you fill out the discovery call form, we get what you type: your name, business name, phone, email, trade, and what you tell us about your calls.

  • We use it to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation about your business.
  • It's stored in our own database and in our email.
  • We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.

Calls to our demo lines

Our demo lines, (281) 801-5834 and (855) 297-2381, let you try an AI receptionist before you buy one. The voice that answers is an AI, and calls are recorded.

When you call, we get:

  • a recording of the call and a written transcript
  • the number you're calling from, and when and how long you called
  • what you tell the receptionist, like your name and the time you pick

How we use call data

We use it to run the call, book the demo appointment, send the confirmation text you ask for, and check how well the receptionist did. The appointments are for demos only. Please don't share health details, card numbers, or anything else sensitive on a demo call.

Text messages

If you say yes on a call to (855) 297-2381, we text you about the appointment you booked. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop. Reply HELP for help. The details are on our SMS terms page.

  • We use your number only to send the texts you agreed to.
  • We don't share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

What we handle for clients

When we build for you, the systems process the data the job needs. For AI Concierge, that's call recordings, transcripts, and the caller details your agent collects. For Custom Chats, it's the questions people ask. For Automated Systems, it's whatever the agreed job touches, such as email, calendar, or invoices.

We connect only what the job needs, and we show you what a system can see before it runs. The vendors we build on, like our voice platform and cloud hosting, process that data on our behalf.

Vendors that process data for us

These companies handle data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us.

  • xAI runs the AI voice that answers (855) 297-2381.
  • Retell AI runs (281) 801-5834, and answers (855) 297-2381 when our main system is busy or down.
  • Twilio carries the calls and delivers the texts.
  • Amazon Web Services hosts our call servers and stores call recordings.
  • Google hosts the calendar where demo appointments are booked, and our email.
  • Supabase hosts the database where we keep call records and transcripts.
  • Slack carries our internal alerts about calls.
  • MongoDB hosts the database for discovery call requests.
  • Vercel hosts this website.

How long we keep it

Audit submissions stay until you ask us to delete them. For calls to our demo lines:

  • Recordings our own system makes on (855) 297-2381 are deleted automatically after 30 days.
  • Our call server's logs for that line are deleted after 30 days.
  • xAI keeps its copy of those calls for up to 30 days under its standard terms.
  • Transcripts, call details, demo calendar entries, calls to (281) 801-5834, and calls our backup system answers stay until you ask us to delete them.
  • Our phone carrier keeps its own record that a call or text happened, as phone companies do.
  • If you text STOP, we keep a record of that so we don't text you again.

Client data

For clients, how long their callers' recordings and transcripts are kept is set in our agreement with that client.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete what we have about you, including a recording of a call you made to a demo line. Email support@acceleratedinnovations.dev and we'll take care of it. Tell us the number you called from so we can find it.

Security

We use access controls and encrypted connections, and we limit who can see client data. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll tell you promptly if something happens to yours.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
