The 60 days start at go-live, the first live call it takes on your line. Not when you sign, and not when we start building. One booking it made on your calendar means the guarantee is met. If you qualify, you get every dollar back. Your written agreement spells out the details.

Before we build, we write down the job the system does, and you sign off on it. If it isn't doing that job by day 60 after launch, you get the build fee back.
